Since the Spring Court is currently in shambles, humans and fae alike are invited to attend the Night Court for a ball to celebrate Spring’s arrival! Our High Lord and High Lady have invited nobles from across the many realms to attend. Step into the stars and dance the night away with your friends, Mates, and special guests from Prythian and beyond! Enjoy special performances and more, while being a hero and supporting animal rescues!

Dress in your formal best or high fantasy attire and celebrate the coming of spring with the Inner Circle and their closest friends while the DJ spins magic on the decks. Capture the magic at the photo booths located around the room to remember this night for years to come, and create your own magic with London Mobile Charcuterie Cart and enjoy delicacies fit for High Fae. Enjoy the mesmerizing performances of our Cirque performers and a special visit from Irish fae dancers.

This is a fundraiser for animal rescues and is a 19+ event.

Your Impact

Happy’s Place is one of the rescues we love to support. They are primarily a senior dog rescue, and the majority of dogs in their care are transferred from shelters. We know that senior dogs are at a higher rate of euthanasia due to age or medical needs. They also often struggle to find families. We support Happy’s Place in the work they do to rescue these dogs and give them a full life with loving families and you will get to meet them at the ball to learn more about their work and the dogs in their care!

FAQs

What is the minimum age to attend?

All attendees must be 19 or older by the day of the event. You must bring a valid ID to check in at the door. The name on your ID must match the name on your ticket.

What should I wear?

Our event is a formal fantasy affair, so ballgowns, tuxes/suits, or high fantasy attire. Please note, any kind of real weapon will not be permitted.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket to someone else?

All ticket sales are final, but we will allow you to transfer them to another person up to 30 days prior to the event. Please contact us at haustierevents@gmail.com to process the transfer. We must confirm the transfer for it to be valid.

How can I become a vendor or author at the event?

We welcome applications from talented vendors and authors who wish to collaborate with us. If you’re interested in becoming an official vendor, please complete the author or vendor application. We review each application carefully to ensure a great fit for our event themes and attendee expectations.

Am I allowed to take photos & videos at the event?

Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your personal experience and memories at the event. However, please be aware that any commercial use of these photos, including selling photos taken at the event or offering photo sessions during the event without prior approval from our team, is strictly prohibited.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! The hotel has elevators and the event space is on one level. We work hard to ensure our event spaces are accessible, so everyone can enjoy our events!
