Grievance Report
To build trust and accountability within our community, we have established a system for reporting concerns. If you are currently at, or attended one of our events and feel we should be made aware of an incident, or you have a concern, please let us know so that we can address it. You can do this in person, or through the form below. This form allows you the option of remaining anonymous if you would like.
Reporting Procedure
- How to Report: Concerns may be reported in person to designated safety staff, via email, or through the online form below (you have the option to remain anonymous).
- What to Report: Incidents of harassment, discrimination, boundary violations, unsafe behaviour, or code violations.
- Who Can Report: Anyone—attendees, performers, volunteers, vendors, or staff.
Investigation & Response
- All reports will be reviewed promptly and confidentially by our Compliance Committee.
- Complainants will be contacted (unless they choose to remain anonymous) and updated as the process moves forward.
- The accused will be given a chance to respond, and an impartial decision will be made based on available evidence.
