Love Among the Pages is an inclusive romance book convention that celebrates every kind of love story, from slow burns to steamy affairs, and every trope in between. We bring together readers, authors, and industry professionals in a space that honours diverse voices and all spice levels.

Application Forms
To apply to be an author, narrator, vendor, influencer or volunteer at Love Among the Pages, click on the option below and submit your application. We will be in touch once we review your application and if we feel like you would be a good fit for our event.

BOOTH OPTIONS
All booths come with a skirted 6′ table, 2 chairs, and pipe and drape. All booths are 10′ wide. Booth fees are non-refundable. Your author pass will grant you access to the convention, including the Friday industry mixer and Saturday night ball.
- 10′ x 10′ booth for $600 CAD ($435 USD)
- 10′ x 6′ booth for $400 CAD ($290 USD)
- 10′ x 6′ corner booth for $450 CAD ($325 USD)
You may also request a half booth for the 10′ x 6′ booths. These booths are priced as follows:
- $250 CAD per half booth ($180 USD)
- $300 CAD per half corner booth ($220 USD)
TENTATIVE EVENT SCHEDULE
Friday (September 18, 2026)
- 12PM – 5PM: Vendor registration and booth set up
- 7PM – 10PM: Private industry mixer for authors, narrators, businesses, etc. only
Saturday (September 19, 2026)
- 7AM – 9AM: Vendor registration and booth set up
- 10AM – 4PM: Convention with panels, workshops, and signings
- 7PM – 12AM: After party ball
Sunday (September 20, 2026)
- 8AM – 9:30AM: Access to venue
- 10AM – 4PM: Convention with panels, workshops, and signings
- 4PM – 8PM: Teardown
HOTEL & TRAVEL DETAILS
We have a group code for the London Armouries Delta Hotel, which is located within walking distance to the convention venue. Hotel rooms are $209.00 CAD – $229.00 CAD ($150 USD – $165 USD) per night. We also have a group code for flights booked with Air Canada to save you 5-10% on your flight into Toronto Pearson International Airport from anywhere in the world. Once you have been accepted and paid your fee, you will be provided with these codes.
Travel from Toronto can be made through the local train system – Via Rail and Go Train. You can also hire an Uber or a rental vehicle. The drive time is approximately 2 hours. Alternatively, you can also book a “hopper” flight from Toronto to London International Airport.
